There was more to this weekend’s Fanatics Fest than Tom Brady’s continued bizarre back and forth with Logan Paul. The slap and the rumors of the best quarterback who ever lived climbing in a wrestling ring filled up some timelines.
Others had more wholesome content for them to consume. If you were one of the lucky ones, in addition to the Brady-Paul nonsense, you had a Chilean cosplayer and a Chilean professional wrestler meeting one another.
Popular cosplayer Fabiola Morales, known as Fabibi World Cosplay, showed up to the event dressed as WWE Superstar Stephanie Vaquer. The two shared a special moment and the cosplayer even left with an autograph.

“It was an honor to pay tribute to my fellow Chilean, meet her in person, and receive her autograph on my cosplay,” Fabibi World Cosplay wrote after meeting Vaquer.
“Thank you, Stephanie, for being so kind to every fan and for proudly representing Chile on the world’s biggest stage. So proud of you, La Primera.”

The exchange between the two and much of the content surrounding the cosplayer paying homage to the wrestler went viral on social media. Especially the “100% handmade costume” that was a “100% faithful design to the original.”

You don’t have to go out of your way with a phony beef to get noticed, as a couple of Chilean ladies who enjoy the intricacies of a well-designed costume can attest to. A touching meeting will do.

The effort was acknowledged with a hug and an autograph directly on the costume. It doesn’t get much better than that at one of these things.
There was, I think we can all agree, some magic that took place when Fabiola Morales and Stephanie Vaquer met in New York City this weekend.
I’ll take them over Tom Brady and Logan Paul any day.
